TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Manufactured according to the user’s exact measurements.
- Designed according to the athlete’s position in the game.
- 7020 T6 Aluminum Frame
- Wheel hub angle can be manufactured as 16, 18, 20, 22 degrees.
- Weight starts from 7.5 kg.
- Maximum user weight is 130 kg. An extra-supported design is applied for heavier users.
DURABILITY
- Manufactured from 7020 T6 Aluminum, preferred in Aviation and Space Technologies and imported from Germany, which stands out with its lightness and strength.
- After the welding process is completed, a special heat treatment is applied to the entire casing to increase its strength.
- Sensitive parts are reinforced against impacts during collisions and transportation.
PERFORMANCE
- An extra wheel hub angle option is available to increase movement speed.
- Specially designed parts, invisible from the outside, make EXTRA lighter, stronger, and more mobile.
- Ergonomic design is made specifically for each player according to their physical structure and in-game preferences.

ERGONOMY
- A custom design is made to suit the user’s physical structure.
- The ergonomic seat and backrest design are specially manufactured.
- As a result of the special design, all lines of the wheelchair follow the user’s body lines.
- Additional design is applied to the wheelchair according to the rugby league athlete’s classification in the game.
- Ergonomic front tubes and footrest plate are included in the special design.
CONTRIBUTING SOLUTIONS
- Breathable fabric is used.
- Reinforced fabric or leather is used on the backrest corners.
- Reinforced fabric and covers are used.
- Each wheelchair is custom-designed and unique to the individual.
- The desired logo or text embroidery on the back of the wheelchair is standard.
- Extra-printed, sponge-filled fabric protectors on the tubes in front of the wheelchair are standard.
- The fastening straps are Velcro and have EXTRA print.
- Pelviloc is used to secure the user in the wheelchair upon request.
FRAME
- The front bumper is extra reinforced and the front wheel forks are moved behind the bumper.
- There is a fixed wheel hub axle tube.
- Aluminum or carbon plate is used under the seat.
- Aluminum or carbon plate is used in the footrest.
- Specially manufactured EXTRA QR Axle Pins are used for easy wheel mounting and dismounting.
- Manufactured to millimeter precision according to the individual.
- Seat edges consist of aluminum plate fixed by welding.
- Small wheel forks are aluminum, their studs are stainless steel.
- There are 350 different paint options with the International RAL Code. Powder coating is applied.
- Oval or angular protectors made of reinforced aluminum tubing are placed under the front bumper upon request.
