TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- This is the first wheelchair specifically manufactured for karate.
- It is manufactured according to the user’s individual measurements.
- It is designed according to the athlete’s position during the competition.
- 7020 T6 Aluminum Frame
- The wheel hub angle can be manufactured at the desired angle.
- Weight starts from 4.5 kg.
- Maximum user weight is 130 kg. An extra support design is applied for heavier users.
DURABILITY
- It is manufactured from 7020 T6 aluminum, imported from Germany, which is preferred in aviation and aerospace technologies and stands out for its lightness and strength.
- After the welding process is complete, a special heat treatment is applied to the entire casing to increase its durability.
- Sensitive parts have been reinforced to withstand impacts from bouncing, bumping, and transportation.
PERFORMANCE
- Specially designed components, invisible from the outside, make EXTRA lighter and stronger.
- The ergonomic design is customized to the player’s physical build and preferences during the match.
- The small front wheels are custom-made.

ERGONOMY
- Custom designs are created to suit the user’s physical characteristics.
- The ergonomic seat and backrest design are custom-made.
- Thanks to its special design, all the lines of the wheelchair follow the user’s body contours, facilitating their movements.
- Additional design elements are applied according to the wheelchair karate athlete’s classification.
- Ergonomic front tubes and footrests are incorporated into the special design.
CONTRIBUTING SOLUTIONS
- Breathable fabric is used.
- Reinforced fabric or leather is used on the backrest corners.
- Reinforced fabrics and covers are used.
- Each wheelchair is uniquely designed to be personalized.
- Engraving the desired logo or text on the back of the wheelchair is standard.
- The EXTRA-labeled, padded fabric protectors on the tubes at the front of the wheelchair are standard.
- The fastening straps are Velcro and feature EXTRA printing.
- Pelviloc can be used to secure the user in the wheelchair, if desired.
FRAME
- It has a straight hub axle tube.
- Aluminum or carbon plate is used under the seat.
- Aluminum or carbon plate is used in the footrest.
- Specially manufactured EXTRA QR Axle Pins are used for easy wheel mounting and dismounting.
- Manufactured to millimeter precision according to the individual.
- Seat edges consist of aluminum plate fixed by welding.
- Small wheel forks are aluminum, studs are stainless steel.
- There are 350 different paint options with the International RAL Code. Powder coating is applied.
